 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. NORM IS GREAT!!!!  Norm and his staff help me turn a bad situation into a running tank. (I had previously been working with another Innovative Marine Dealer who was full of crap, didn't respond to issues and really didn't know what he was doing.)  Norm corrected a number of errors that the previous dealer had made with the set up, was very responsive, prompt and did a LOT of custom work to get my tank up and running.  Would definitely recommend and if I could, would give him 10 stars.  Will continue working with Norm and Normal Aquatics!
